3. Processing Times
3.1 Our custom-made jewelry items are carefully crafted and require production time. Depending on the complexity of the design, production may take between 1-8 weeks. 3.2 Once your order is completed, it will be shipped via an expedited method, and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
4. Shipping Fees
4.1 Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, and the chosen shipping method. Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid upon receipt of the package.
5. Insurance and Risk of Loss
5.1 All items shipped by FTM Diamonds are fully insured for the value of the piece during transit. In the unlikely event of loss or damage during shipment, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you are compensated for the insured value. 5.2 Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you upon delivery of the item to your specified address.
6. Delivery Timeframes
6.1 While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, shipping times may vary based on your location, customs processing times, and other unforeseen factors. FTM Diamonds is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or customs agencies.
7. Receiving Your Shipment
7.1 Upon receipt of your package, you are required to inspect your jewelry within 1 hour of delivery to confirm it meets your expectations. If there are any issues with your order, please notify us immediately at info@ftmdiamonds.com. 7.2 If no claim is made within the inspection period, we cannot be held responsible for any subsequent issues with the item.

8.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. FTM Diamonds is not responsible for items lost or undelivered due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. 8.2 If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us immediately. Once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
